| How much do you charge for delivery? |
|
| Orders of £99 and over are delivered FREE to UK mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands). There is a delivery charge of £4.95 (inc. VAT) for orders under £99. A variable delivery charge will be applied to orders to all other UK and EU destinations and this will clearly be shown before you confirm and pay for your order. |

| What if I live outside the UK? |
|
| We can deliver to all European Union destinations. A variable delivery charge will be applied to orders to EU countries and this will be clearly shown before you confirm and pay for your order. Please note that this charge applies to the European Mainland only and not to offshore locations (e.g. Balearic Islands, Corsica, Canary Islands). We do not currently ship outside the European Union. |

| When will my order be delivered? |
|
| We usually ship within 2-3 working days, although sometimes it may take a little longer. We will send you an e-mail message confirming shipment on the day your order leaves our warehouse. It will normally arrive at your delivery address the next working day (2-3 days to Europe). We will let you know if there is likely to be a significant delay. |

| How will it be delivered? |
|
| We use DPD for most items sent to the UK mainland but we may use Royal Mail for some smaller items and to UK offshore locations. Goods are transported at our risk i.e. if an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it. A signature will be required on delivery. |

| What address will it be delivered to? |
|
| For reasons of security, the address you enter when ordering must be the card-holder's address (the address your debit/credit card bills are sent to). We will normally send your order to this address. If you require your order to be sent to a different address or if you have any delivery instructions, please let us know by replying to the Order Acknowledgement email we send you. |

| What if I am not at home when my order is delivered? |
|
| If there is nobody at home, our carrier will leave a card enabling you to contact them to arrange redelivery or collection of the order. |

| Is VAT included in your prices? |
|
| All our prices include VAT. If you live an area not subject to VAT (e.g. the Channel Islands) please contact us. |

| How can I pay for my goods? |
|
| We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Solo and Delta cards. |

| Is it safe to use my credit or debit card over the Internet? |
|
| We use HSBC Card Processing Services for credit and debit card payments. Your card details are entered on to our secure server and the details are encrypted before being transmitted to HSBC for authorisation. This means of transmission is totally secure. We do NOT hold your card details either manually or on any of our systems. |

| Do you support Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode? |
|
| Yes. If your card is registered with the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode schemes you will be automatically directed to HSBC's secure server during the payment process to enter your secret password information. This information is used to validate that you are the genuine cardholder and cannot be accessed by us. |

| Will I receive unsolicited emails (SPAM) if I give you my email address? |
|
| Absolutely not! When you place your order we ask you to input your email address, and we use this to send you updates on your order. You can optionally sign up to our newsletter. This is sent out approximately once a month and you can cancel your subscription at any time. We will NEVER pass your email address on to any other party. |

| What if I am not satisfied with my purchase? |
|
| We guarantee to replace faulty or damaged items without question. If you are not completely satisfied we will refund your money in full. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details of our Returns Policy. |

| What if I can't find what I'm looking for? |

| If an item you want isn't shown on the site, please e-mail or call us on 01254 820478 and, if it is at all possible, we will try to source it for you. |
