Making your own pasta is easy and the results are delicious. Mix an egg with flour and a little water to make a firm dough. Pass the dough several times through the rollers of the pasta machine to make a thin sheet of pasta (lasagne). Finally, pass the pasta sheet through the cutters to make the pasta of your choice, or use the ravioli tray to make ravioli.
